DAY 2 — Shiva & Buddhist Axis of Kathmandu

Sacred Portals:

Pashupatinath Temple
One of the most sacred Shiva temples on Earth.

Theme:
Death / rebirth / liberation / dissolving old identities.

Observe:

• cremation ghats
• sadhus
• evening fire ceremony (aarti)

Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple)

Ancient Buddhist hilltop stupa.

Theme:
awakening inner vision — crown activation.

Optional:
silent sunset meditation overlooking Kathmandu valley.

DAY 3 — Bhaktapur + Namobuddha

Bhaktapur Durbar Square

Ancient tantric Newar architecture.

Namobuddha Monastery

One of Nepal's most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites.

Legend:
Buddha offered himself to feed starving tigress cubs.

DAY 4 — Fly to Pokhara | Himalayan Heart Portal

Gentler integration day.

DAY 5 — Muktinath Temple (Major Portal Day)

Fly/drive toward Muktinath (must plan logistics carefully).

This is one of the strongest Himalayan convergence points.

Travel into Northern India.

DAY 8 — Himalayan Shiva Route → Kedarnath Base

Travel toward Guptkashi / Sonprayag.

Stops:

• mountain temples
• Shiva legends
• Himalayan valleys

Theme:
ascending toward the sacred mountain.

Evening:
prepare energetically for Kedarnath.

DAY 9 — KEDARNATH TEMPLE — SHIVA PORTAL

Kedarnath
One of the most powerful Shiva temples in the Himalayas.

Part of:
12 Jyotirlingas.

Located high in the mountains.

Themes:

• dissolution of ego
• cosmic silence
• mountain consciousness
• Shiva frequency

Suggested practices:

• dawn meditation
• mantra chanting
• silence
• star meditation at altitude

This becomes the culmination portal of the retreat.

DAY 10 — Return + Closing Ceremony

Descend.

Return via Rishikesh / Dehradun.
