The Real Cause of Chronic Disease — And How to Heal Naturally
Chronic pain in the body isn’t random. It’s usually caused by chronic tension — and that tension slowly drains your energy and joy. But what’s really behind it?
Let’s get to the root. The physical body is a product of the mind, both conscious and, mainly, unconscious. So to return to the original perfection of the body, we need to address the chronic tension created by the mental distortions — the negative mental programming.
The Hidden Source of Pain: Stuck Emotional Energy
Chronic tension is almost always emotional in origin. It builds up from unprocessed emotions — fear, guilt, shame, anger — that get stuck in the body. You might feel it in your heart, your jaw, your hips, your shoulders, your joints, even your teeth. Anywhere you’re experiencing physical pain, there’s likely an emotional root.
But these emotions don’t just appear out of nowhere. They are messengers — symptoms of something deeper: limiting beliefs you hold about yourself or the world, usually buried in the unconscious. Beliefs like:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I don’t deserve love.”
“My existence is a burden.”
These beliefs often form in childhood, shaped by early trauma we couldn’t understand or process. Many are passed down from our families or absorbed from society.
The Body Is the Doorway to Healing
Here’s the empowering truth: the easiest way to access the unconscious mind is through the body.
That’s why psychosomatic bodywork is so powerful — it goes straight to the emotional root. By gently working with tension, emotions, and breath, you can release old pain at its source.
And if you don’t have access to a somatic healer? No problem. You can absolutely learn to do this yourself. You can reconnect with your body. You can feel peace and aliveness again. You can get off the meds, calm your nervous system, and reclaim your joy.
A Tool to Get You Started: Conversations with Fear
One resource I highly recommend is my book:
It’s written as a dialogue with your emotions — like shame, guilt, sadness. Each conversation gently guides you to discover the unconscious belief causing that emotion and then helps you transform it into a higher truth.
As you shift those core beliefs, the emotions naturally change — into love, inspiration, creativity, and freedom. You’ll feel it in your body — as spaciousness, relief, lightness. The chronic pain and tension begin to dissolve. The life force flows again.
I’ve been in this healing work for over 30 years, and I see it every day: when you heal your mind, the body follows.
This work is powerful. And you don’t have to do it alone.
Your healing starts now.
