We believe that there is spark of God in each one of us and ultimately, every person is One Infinite Creator.
The concept that there is a divine spark or essence within every individual is a common belief across many branches of Hinduism. However, the Advaita Vedanta branch of Hinduism, founded by Adi Shankara in the 8th century, is perhaps most closely associated with the concept of the divinity within all of us.
According to Advaita Vedanta, the ultimate reality or Brahman is present within every living being, and the individual self (Atman) is not separate from this ultimate reality. Therefore, the divine exists within each individual as the true Self, or the innermost essence of our being. This concept is often summarized in the phrase "tat tvam asi," which means "you are that" or "you are Brahman."
This belief in the divinity within all of us has influenced many other spiritual traditions and philosophies beyond Hinduism.
